Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for patent disclosure:

- No one declared a patent.

AR Review:

- Roy reword 5.2.2 for clarity
  - It appears that Roy sent the 1st paragraph only.
  - Mike used it as-is and retained the original 2nd paragraph.
  - This will appear in the 1.1y version when released.

New items:

We discussed ideas for speeding up our progress:
- Time is wasted when we review a section that has just been reviewed and
  changed.
- Mike proposed not reviewing recent edits in our meetings.
- Edits can be reviewed by email.
- To make this easier, descriptions of the changes can be sent by email.
- Another idea is to use the MSWord markup facility.

DASC Standard for Intellectual Property (IP) Quality proposal:
- Michael Mirmak suggested we review IEEE DASC proposal documents.
- The VSI Alliance Quality IP metrics are proposed as an IEEE standard.
- Michael Mirmak can pass our feedback, if any, to IEEE.
- David noted that a Xilinx employee is already participating.
- We looked at the documents and decided that we have no feedback.

JEITA comments on IQ specification:
- We reviewed comments 1 through 5 of IBISQualityJPcomment20070914v2.xls
- We will also review comments 6 through 10.
- Our comments will be annotated into the spreadsheet and sent back.
